01 · PROCESS

Brief to shipped, in weeks.

Most consultants spend three months on a roadmap. ProArc starts building in week one. No 90-page strategy decks. No half-year discovery phases. Real work happens immediately — and gets better every week after.

02THE FOUR PHASES

How we go from brief to shipped.

01

Discovery — ~3 days

We shadow your team. Sit on a few sales calls, read a week's worth of customer messages, look at the spreadsheets and tools you actually use. We aren't asking for a brief — we're finding the work that's worth automating.

02

Design — ~1 week

Clickable mockups in your hands within seven days. You can change layouts, flows, copy — without burning a build cycle. We ship the design that survives this round, not the first one we drew.

03

Build — 3 to 6 weeks

We connect to your real tools — CRM, e-commerce, WhatsApp, inventory, ledgers — and ship something real. Not a demo. By the end, your team is using it in production.

04

Iterate — ongoing

The system gets sharper every week. We add capabilities as your team uses it, tune the AI on real conversations, and stay close enough to notice problems before they're tickets.

03WHAT WE DON'T DO

The anti-patterns we refuse.

A lot of what makes ProArc different is what we don't do. Most of these are common in the industry. None of them are how we work.

90-day discovery phases

Three months of "alignment workshops" and Miro boards before a line of code. We hit the same understanding in three days of shadowing your real work.

Fixed-scope, fixed-price RFPs

Locking the spec at the start guarantees you'll get what you asked for and not what you actually need. We build in two-week sprints with weekly check-ins.

"Hand it over, good luck"

Most agencies disappear at launch. The first month after going live is when the system needs the most tuning. We're there for it.

Off-the-shelf reskins

If a SaaS tool already solves your problem, we'll tell you. We're not going to charge you to rebuild Notion.

Over-engineering for scale you don't have

Building for "10x growth" when you're at 1x is how good projects die. We build for the next 6 months. Then we evolve.

04TIMELINES

How long your project takes.

Real timelines for the kinds of builds we ship most often. Add 1–2 weeks if your integrations are unusual or your team needs more cycles in design.

→ TYPICAL

AI co-pilot (MVP)

4–6 weeks. Connects to 3–4 of your tools, handles 5–8 core use cases at launch.

→ TYPICAL

Custom dashboard

3–5 weeks. Including data pipeline setup, design iterations, and the AI insights layer.

→ TYPICAL

AI agent (single channel)

2–4 weeks. WhatsApp or email or web — one channel, deeply integrated, well-tested.

→ TYPICAL

Internal tool

4–7 weeks depending on scope. Approval flows are faster; full ops-management tools are slower.

→ TYPICAL

Two-sided platform

8–14 weeks. Marketplaces and multi-stakeholder products. We scope tightly to ship the MVP fast.

→ ONGOING

Iteration phase

Continuous after launch. We typically work month-to-month — leave whenever, no lock-in.

05PRICING

How we charge.

For most projects, we work in fixed sprints with flexible scope rather than fixed-scope-fixed-price contracts. Two-week sprints. You see exactly what you're paying for and what's getting built. You can stop after any sprint.

For larger builds, we structure as a build phase + retainer. The build phase has a defined endpoint. The retainer is month-to-month, week-on-week improvements.

Send us a paragraph about your business and we'll write back with a scope and a number — usually within 24 hours.
